Damaged Merchandise: Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Pictures and
Descriptions:
We attempt to keep descriptions and pictures of products as current as possible.
However, there are occasions where manufacturers change colors or features of
their products. In addition, various computer equipment used by customers
can cause variations in colors of product pictures. As a result, we
guarantee that you will receive the product you order. However, we cannot
guarantee that it will look exactly as it appears in the picture on our website.

Manufactures Defects: If a product appears to have a manufactures defect,

for instructions. Do not return Items to us without first calling to receive instructions.

Return Merchandise Policy:
Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from
our return department within 30 days of the delivery date. For questions
about returning merchandise please use email to submit a request to
our Return Department. The return of non-defective merchandise when
authorized may incur a 20% re-stocking fee and the customer is responsible for
all shipping charges. All returns must be in like new condition and in the
original packaging. Customers that refuse delivery of shipped merchandise
will incur a 20% re-stocking fee and the customer is responsible for all
shipping charges.

After a return is authorized by our return department: 1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department. 2.
Include a written explanation of why you are returning the merchandise. 3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We are not liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
We will notify you via phone, mail, or email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 to 21 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Shipping Charges
|
Shipping and handling fees are calculated based on actual rates and the weight of the products you order. Shipping charges are calculated on the screen just before you confirm your order. You will know how much the shipping will be before you are fully committed to the purchase.
In some cases, shipping is based on a flat fee. All shipping and handling fees will be displayed within your shopping cart upon checkout.
